You realize that Netenyahu and his fascist Likud party are the ones responsible for eliminating democracy in Israel?

For Canadians, Environment Canada has a fantastic app called WeatherCan that includes all of the usuals, has doppler radar for all of North America with the option for a one or three hour loop.
It also includes alerts from Environment Canada for any location you’ve added and links to the marine weather forecast site.
Theoretically, that might be their plan.
They could get their service federating, and then sell instances to potential admins who cant afford the hardware to deal with a threads spammed fediverse. They could rent out fediverse virtual servers on their physical servers just like Salesforce does(or now, AWS, servers, just like Salesforce does.)
Not a lawyer(Am a dev though). That might get them out of the legal responsibility to moderate content since it might fall to the instance admin to organize that.
Then they can have a twitter and reddit competitor that requires no content policing on their part. And they control the hardware and servers behind the scenes, so they get to insert ads and scrape all of the data.
If we don’t give them the chance in the first place, then we won’t lose anything.
Why are you so eager to make a deal with a known evil?
And DC.
And Iowa
And South Carolina.
And New Hampshire.
All places where Trump had less than 60% of the GOP vote
Except Trump isnt overwhelmingly popular within his own party. Yes it’s a strong majority within the GOP but its not a stranglehold. Nicki Haley was getting a consistent 40-45% of the GOP voters.
Not a sweet spot.
Morrowind was amazing because it is a hand built world. Oblivion had the same core error as Starfield: an overreliance on procedural generation.
For Skyrim they did it right. Just the right amount of procedural generation with enough manual work that things worked out.
You can’t overlook the modding scene either. Oblivion had a great mod community with a lot of people getting into it and cutting their teeth there. So when Skyrim came out they were experts and made a lot of amazing mods, particularly framework mods.
But almost all of them are done and gone or corrupted into paid mods(e.g. Elianora, Kinggath(FO4)). So Starfield will never get a good modding scene because the core modding community doesn’t exist now.
Meat obelisk.
I too have played warframe.
Weirdly that’s not the most bizarre thing in the lore.
Cheques were unpopular and the US was overly reliant on credit cards.
US debit card usage in 2010 was at least 15 years behind Canada. We had tap and chip cards before you guys even accepted debit cards. E.g. San Francisco’s and Seattle’s transit systems didn’t even accept them at all until 2017. Vancouver accepted them some 20 years earlier.
Checks predate debit cards and e-transfers by at least a millenia.
Debit cards replaced cheques in the 1990s in advanced countries. Less advanced countries like the US had to wait until the 2010s.
First did it in Kotor because the female PC had much more fun conversation choices with Bastilla(namely she’d be a catty bitch towards you and it was hilarious.)
Then in Elder Scrolls Oblivion because if you wanted to look good, all of the best looking clothing and armor was for CBBE body.
Mass Effect 1-3 because the female PC had better lines and better inflection on the sarcastic lines.
World of Warcraft as a blood elf because when I tried it for shits n giggles I made 25 gold in the first hour of play from people just throwing gold and items at me for no reason.
You missed the bit that game companies have to have their servers physically located in China.
Netanyahu and Hamas are on the same side.
One of the defining concepts in the game was the “director”, an overarching map managing system that kept the desired pacing of the game in real time.
laughs at Sony because of the inevitable patent challenge from Valve via Left 4 Dead.
There is a tweet that determined of its three hour runtime, 45 minutes was actual awards.
My point is that they did initially to force usage. I’ll edit the post with the game name when I get home.
Edit: Lost Planet. It had a disc but required you to sign up for and use steam to play it.
When they started, they did used to force you to use products edit: aside from their own games(fair cop), some 3rd party games like Lost Planet also required it.
Certain games, and not just valve games, you’d buy in a store and the disc would force you to install and create a steam account to play the single player offline game.
Oh yeah, its his party, he’s just the face.
It’s the offshoot of the same party that led Albert Einstein to distance himself from the concept of Israel back in the late 1940s.
Also, allegedly that most of the reason Hamas got to execute their October 7th plot in the first place was that Bibi had all of those soldiers off intimidating the judges that were overseeing his multiple criminal trials
