Tldr if you’re not opening the article, the study doesn’t specifically prescribe an amount of exercise, just that people who consistently exercise (and continue to consistently exercise) get better sleep. Consistent exercise is defined as 2+ times per week, for (an assumed weekly sum of) 1+ hours.
Maybe I have the low, low standards of “does it run at all and I can stand to look at it” lol, in which it performs pretty well! I definitely wasn’t planning on playing current release AAA games on the deck so anything that runs I’m pleasantly surprised.
My wife played the beta version on the deck last summer, and let me tell you, that version was baaaaad. It’s really improved with the new upscaling!
I can vouch for BG3, it runs surprisingly well (fans going to the max of course). I have graphics on medium with the upscaling AMD FSR 2.2 on and it’s perfectly fine on both the small screen and connected to the TV.
Re: OP’s thoughts, I also have a desktop but usually my spouse is on it :) The SteamDeck also travels a lot nicer of course!
There’s no such thing as free energy overall, but there is within a frame of reference. The sun acts as “free energy” to the reference frame of Earth but obviously comes from its fusion reaction radiating energy. Similarly, if you hold the sensor as the reference frame, it’s getting “free” energy from magnetic fields that wouldn’t be used otherwise. So I don’t think it’s wrong to describe that way! Passive energy collection is pretty neat.
Kinda rude to just comment on her body like that- she’s been open about being diabetic since Community was originally filming. She’s been working on her health way before ozempic was on the market.
