Them trying to split the difference between a turn based RPG and an action game just made everything feel weird
I haven’t touched any Final Fantasy games once FF-13 did this. It’s an awful system that killed my interest in the franchise. Not to mention how brain dead linear the lever design was.
If they spend time on a new engine, that would cancel the release of Skyrim on the IBM 5100.
A good porn mod is the only reason I would consider buying any modern Final Fantasy game.

You need to have 12500 hours experience in the game before you are allowed to play the game.

3·4 months agoI got my first comment on a City’s Skyline map I made years ago just the other day. I forgot I even uploaded them.
At this point its more of a whitelist than a blacklist. It happens a lot and people just go on like they didn’t just get ripped off.
My favorite is it’s $60 game with a promise to not be scum, then 6 months later add in the scummy shit and battle passes so you can’t refund it.

The main section of the game is the tip of the iceberg. Everything is hidden and blocked off, you got to make game breaking combos to start picking up the threads. Finding the mystery/puzzles feels like you no clipped out and found more content that’s not supposed to be seen. You feel like a crazy investigator hinging threads at a cork board once you got game play down.
Pandora’s box can not be closed.
People don’t want to pay for Disneyfied corpo slop that the HR department and advertisers signed off on. A public company lacks the soul to imbue into a creative project.
