Couldn’t find this info anywhere on the internet when I searched for it, so here it is for anyone who needs it:

1. Navigate to /.var/app/org.kde.kdenlive/data
2. Create a folder called ‘color-schemes’
3. Copy your .colors file here (can be found here)
4. Choose the theme in Kdenlive under Settings > Colour Scheme
