“Recycling” concrete, is done by crushing it and using as either road filler, or aggregate for new concrete with worse properties than the original. It doesn’t turn concrete back into “cement + sand + aggregate”.

However, within a recycling economy, old concrete may be recycled and reused within new concrete production. This is already being done in the concrete industry. Ultimately, we strive for a circular economy, where there is no waste at all in the concrete production and recycling process.

You’re completely ignoring the first thing you quoted which is about it being just a few people, which is by far the definition today. Witcher 3 is in absolutely no terms an indie game. It was produced by hundreds of people. It is so far from the actual definition that it’s laughable.
By your definition Stardew Valley isn’t an indie because Chucklefish published it. That’s just not how it works. Video games aren’t music or movies. The same rules don’t apply, literally exactly for this reason.
