Anyone played this recently?

I played an earlier open beta and the game just felt … clunky.

Things felt too large, idk how else to describe it.

I really want it to work out, but it left me very underwhelmed.

radiant hot water heating is a thing, industrial compost pipes often has heat transfer tubing in it for free heat and hot water.

Maybe the trailer leaves out a lot that you’d notice in game but it def didn’t make me scream “holy crap” the way Myst and Riven did back then

Intersection crash mode was why I loved the old games.

100% agree, lots of open world games these days make the only reason to explore so that you can find the fast travel beacon so you never have to explore the “open world” again.

It hides shitty and half assed world building though so I guess devs got that going for them.
