I’ve heard that it’s so bad that someone has to create accounts on lots of different federated communities just to create fake engagement about it.

Ah, ok. I thought it was just for generating from scratch. I’ll give it a try, thanks :)
Right now, on consumer hardware, you can take a photograph of a toy spaceship and tell your video card to make it look real, *and it will.*
Out of curiosity, what can you use for that? I haven’t kept up with AI, but that sounds like the sort of thing that my kid would love to try :)
Devices that you already own (PCs, smartphones, tablets, Fire TV devices, and smart TVs) can become your gaming devices, and Luna also supports peripherals that you already own, such as Xbox One and PlayStation 4 controllers, and mouse + keyboard.
This is the part that interests me the most. I’ve got a handful of controllers that I’ve tried using with my phone in the past with not much luck. If they work with Luna, I’ve instantly got a decent library of games to play anywhere :)
Well, I feel a bit daft!
I thought the filter was to only complete quests for certain objects. I had no idea that you could add items too. That’s going to make things easier for me :)
It’s good, but it depends on the map having the details in the first place. e.g. near me, the roads are mapped, and a lot of the town centre, but there’s a huge amount missing.
Street Complete can’t ask about a building if it hasn’t been added to OpenStreetMap in the first place.
I imagine you already know, but be sure that you’re saying that the street sign doesn’t exist, and not the street itself 👍
The Realme photo looks fake. You just don’t get that much light at night from a 30 second shot without a lot of post processing. You’d probably get blurry stars too, depending on your location.
It’s great if you want to take photos of your friends at night, but if you’re trying to get genuine photos of the stars, I wouldn’t trust it.
Playing with some friends on our bikes and we started doing stoppies - riding along then hitting the front brake, bringing the back wheel off the floor. We were trying to see who could get the wheel the highest.
I hit the brakes and my feet came off the pedals and landed next to the front wheel. The bike came up, and the seat hit me in the back of the head, knocking me forwards onto my face
I used Health Sync to pull some of my fitness data from Google Fit to Fitbit and got it to display on my MagicMirror. I then forked the relevant module so that I can try to edit it myself and show more data from a spreadsheet.
The idea is to have a display that shows me my calorie goals, how many calories and water I’ve taken in, my steps, and my blood sugars among others.
I’m hoping that it will help me to stay on track with keeping my fitness and diabetes in control, and help me to learn JavaScript and Python while I’m doing it :)
Oh no no no no no…
Michael Socha. He’s been in some great series, and I think he could carry off a big role really well
