Spear and magic helmet?
The US Supreme Court has ruled that states cannot remove people from the federal election ballot under the 14th amendment because federal elections are a federal process and states can’t interfere with it. They also ruled Texas can enforce immigration laws even though it is a federal process and Texas is now interfering with it.
keeping them around
It’s rare for employees to move companies in Japan. A lot of people will work for the same company their whole life. Japanese companies aren’t really known for treating their employees well either.
I’d guess what they’re doing well is hiring employees that are very passionate. I hear the anime industry is the same in that people who are in it are willing to work themselves to death because they want to work on big name projects
It really sucks that Helldivers 2 is having an issue over too many connections. I know the devs are saying this is complicated, and it is, but they’re not the only company that is serving a huge amount of users. This game has several questionable design decisions and this is just one of them. I hope it can be fixed because I was really looking forward to playing
I wonder why the sudden loss of membership?
But on Wednesday, the Brevard County school board held a meeting, in part to discuss a challenge to the books The Kite Runner and Slaughterhouse-Five. Only one Moms for Liberty member showed up. All the other attendees spoke in favor of keeping the books on the shelves—and heavily criticized the parental rights organization. One attendee compared “the growth of the Taliban and its repressive autocracy in the name of religious nationalism” in The Kite Runner to “the rise of parental rights groups that want to limit what students learn.” The Moms for Liberty member did not speak and eventually snuck out of the room. The books were not banned.
Oh, they didn’t like being outnumbered at meetings! It just goes to show that when more people participate in local affairs it silences the extreme voices. Political apathy is dangerous.
You forgot the 4th one

Wait, did you say Monters Ink or Monster Rancher?
It is an open question. As others have pointed out, a human taking inspiration from the work of others is totally fine. My issue is that AI are not human.
A human’s production of work is limited. A human can only produce so fast for so long. An AI could theoretically be scaled infinitely and produce indefinitely. I don’t want to live in a world where FAANGCORP’s OmniAI is responsible for 90% of all art, media, and music because humans can’t keep pace with it.
Great, another good job taken by robots!
When I was in sales, I was always told “you can’t sell it unless you offer it”. There exists people who blow $48,000 on stupid stuff daily. What’s the harm in offering a product to that very small demographic? Maybe you get lucky and make a $48,000 sale doing literally nothing.
I can see the devs having no clue about the alternative meaning, but a game about gassing rodents called “Infestation 88” is a terrible look. I’m glad the devs changed the name right away.
Hard R as in rating or Hard R as in he plays a character who uses the Hard R?
What happens if the guy responds “sorry, it’s not for sale”?
Exactly what Alina Habba did and it cost him $83.3 million.
