@Reverendender sure. It could be a way to monetize stuff if that’s what your goal is. For me, the reason I use it for my wallpapers, is because I post through Mastodon. Mastodon automatically compresses images on upload. So I use Ko-Fi as a way to upload the full quality wallpapers for people to download.

And yes, it has the benefit of, if someone wants to throw me a bone, there’s a direct way to do so there on the page. But I’ve barely ever gotten anything from there and I don’t care if I do or don’t. I just like sharing. I do have 1 monthly generous $5 subscriber that’s a follower on Mastodon.🤷‍♂️
