I had floppy-ass 32DDDs (Tiny ribcage, giant tits) before I got them entirely chopped off (not sure if I’m trans or if having tits that big on a tiny frame is just unpleasant enough to make me fucking done with them). I was able to get my nipple in my mouth, but keeping it there for any length of time would have put a crick in my neck that would have outweighed any possible benefit. Also they were always horribly oversensitive from how tight I had to keep them bitches strapped down to not have it feel like they were gonna fall off. Watching my nipple hanging off by a thin strip of skin when I finally took the bandages off was completely worth getting rid of the pain (it grew back, but if I bring it up to my partner he still turns green).
